Directions

To take more than one remedy at once in your own unique combination, add two drops of each of the remedies chosen to a 30ml mixing bottle and top up with spring water. Take four drops from the mixing bottle at least four times a day. Try not to mix any more than seven remedies in one mixing bottle.

You can also add a teaspoon of brandy or cider vinegar to the mixing bottle to act as a preservative.
