History: Bach^™ Original Flower Remedies are a range of 38 plant- and flower-based essences made from wildflowers, trees, and bushes. Created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, he believed emotional wellbeing is fundamentally connected to our health. Each essence relates to a specific emotion and helps to support positive outcomes in managing that emotion.

Flower extracts of Elm in Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v), Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v), flower extract of Oak), Flower extracts of Rock Rose in Grape alcohol (approx. 27% v/v).

Add two drops of each essence directly on the tongue.

Or add two drops of each essence to a glass of water.

Repeat as necessary.
