Jo has been a homeopath for 15 years. She is also an experienced cranio sacral therapist. Using these disciplines enables Jo to reach a deeper understanding of the person. The homeopathy stimulates the body’s own healing mechanisms with natural remedies. This works in harmony with the cranio sacral which gently relaxes the system to enable the body to repair itself.
